I have over 34 years of experience of working within the legal profession and have been involved with Nationwide Employment Lawyers since its inception. Nationwide Employment Lawyers puts the client’s needs first; that is paramount.
One of my jobs in Client Care & Administration is to ensure that clients feel at ease and understand what is happening at what is usually a stressful time in their lives. I am often a virtual shoulder to cry on. My job entails mostly administration which leaves our lawyers free to concentrate solely on the clients, but I also work closely with Cathy Washbrooke in the Accounts Department and I think we make a good team.
