Howell John: Honesty, fairness and outstanding level service

 

 

I am the founder of Nationwide Employment Lawyers

 

I have over 40 years experience in employment law and until recently also sat on Employment Tribunals and as a magistrate. I have built this firm on solid “traditional” principles: outstanding service to our client and outstanding value for money. I have also made sure that the fundamental values of honesty, fairness and outstanding level service are reflected in every aspect of our firm.

 

I believe strongly that the needs of our clients are paramount and that we must go beyond that which is offered by the standard law firm.

 

We have a commitment to our clients that means that every single lawyer and member of staff must not just meet but surpass expectations.

 

We do not have billing targets for our lawyers. Most other firms will – which in turn means that a lawyer sees you and your case as a source of income rather than looking at your case individually and responding to each aspect of your case in a way that suits you.

 

We work differently. Every lawyer and member of staff who joins us must have a commitment to our clients that goes beyond the usual levels of service.

 

We regard our firm more as a family than the usual firm. We work hard together and share the same commitment to you – our client. When you become a client we see you as joining our extended family. We care about you and we care about your case. This means that in each and every aspect of our service we seek to provide an excellent level of service that cannot be matched.
